As newcomer don't you have something more interesting to say ? Btw, I like Deddy, he's a great performer.

I am from the same region (not the same country Indonesia though) as Deddy, and though I have never had the chance to see him perform live, I have seen him on television once I believe. Anyway, to go on about his look and Maven's would be rehashing a lot of unnecessary stuff.
Suffice to say that on one of the threads above, he said, "however, as you all wish... if I may say all... next year is my wedding and I will change the image at that time. the wedding will be full of pers from asia (indonesia, singapore and hongkong) and it will be a very good moment to change it." (posted Nov 29, 2004) Nearly 6 years later and nothing has changed. Permit me to say that I think Deddy may be a fine mentalist, but rather lacking on the moral and ethical front. |

But glad to know he has graduated from copying an image and style and look to copying entire effects and presentations.

Yup, that's Deddy!!!
But at least he looks like Fu Manchu nowadays, bald and all... Ethics in the Magic profession?

If I had a widows peak, I too would want to look like Max Maven. He is the best looking mentalist *sorry to everyone else. I say this all with utter sincerity.

From the Bible it's hard to be sure whether he opened with Walking on Water (Matthew 14:24-33; Mark 6:47-52; John 6:16-21) or doing the Loaves and Fishes (Matthew 14:13-21; John 6:1-14; Luke 9:10-17).
Either way you have to admit that closing with the Resurrection was a stroke of genius. To this day, people are still arguing over the method he employed.
