Depends on the size of the crowd. Hit and Run ala Owen Lean or full circle 30+ people?

One thing you may want to check is the bottom of the cup to see whether you could rest a lime on top with out it rolling off, take the wind into consideration. Mind you most seem to have flat bottoms.
