Sure would appreciate a listing of references like this.
Does anyone happen to have a listing that they would be willing to provide? Thank you.

Lint (right here on the Café) has devoted an incredible amount of work to such a thing. Shoot him a PM and I am sure he'll be happy to send you a copy.

I don't think any of us can praise Todd highly enough for the outstanding work he has done and continues to do in preparing and periodically updating the most comprehensive C&B bibliography ever. We're all indebted to him.
Thanks again, Todd! Sean |

1,097 references and growing...this fellow is exceptionally generous to be sharing his work with the community.
Stunning compilation!

I'd love to see it published in book form.

Hi Fortasse and all. Thanks again for your kind words. It makes those countless late nights all worth it!
I too would love to see it published however I doubt it will ever really be "Done". What I would like is to get it setup in a "wiki" type website that people can add missing references or correct mistakes that I have overlooked. Doing that is beyond the scope of my knowledge at the moment (and something I don't particularly have the time to learn). Also much of the bibliography would not have been possible without Bill Palmer graciously donating a portion of Joro's book in german on the cups & balls. -Todd
