Aw heck, I didn't get it. I just named the movie that you described. I didn't know anything about the writer.

I think Dennis Rader and Andre Chikatilo were both pretty strong. I've actually heard that quite a few serial killers are physically strong. The fictional character Hannibal Lecter is described as very strong.
There's another guy, Charles Bronson (not the actor. Not his birth name either) who is considered the UK's "most violent inmate." He used to be a bare knuckles boxer and has prison records for push-ups and such. He has written the world's most terrifying workout manual.

Other Bronson. Inmate Bronson never killed anybody. Felt I should clarify since the others I mentioned were serial killers.
The real Bronson was a fighter pilot or something. He probably killed lots of people, "but they were all bad." I know this isn't topical to the topic of the original topic, just killing time until the next name.

One of a crop of great Kenyan long distance runners that were rife in the seventies.
The names of sportsmen that I grew up watching on the telly,live longer than supposedly more infamous characters. Another televisual blast from my upbringing: Victor Kiam.
