This is one of my absolute favorite bootlegs. It's guys from different bands who were spending a lot of time jamming together that decided to do a couple of shows for fun. It is quite simply a great recording of raw, kick-ass music.
Here's a couple tracks from it: Walk in My Shadow http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvoURvApIU8 Presence of the Lord http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LBYyppuUOfU&feature=related Foamfoot 08 January 1994 - The Troubador - West Hollywood, CA S E T L I S T Walk In My Shadow (Free) Bottle Of Red Wine (Eric Clapton/Bobby Whitlock) Tin Soldier (Steve Marriott) Take The Highway (The Marshall Tucker Band) * Deal (The Grateful Dead) Love Me Till The Sun Shines (The Kinks) Long Time Gone (Crosby, Stills & Nash) ** Jemima Surrender (The Band) One Way Out (Elmore James) Presence Of The Lord (Eric Clapton) This was an impromptu show featuring the following artists: Chris Robinson (The Black Crowes) Marc Ford (The Black Crowes) Jimmy Ashhurst (The JuJu Hounds) Eric Bobo (Cypress Hill) Andy Sturmer (Jellyfish) * w/Gary Louris (The Jayhawks) ** w/David Crosby |

I'm surprised no one thought of this rock and roll classic.

I astually saw MC5 around 1968ish at Temple University. I remember it like it was yesterday, and it was the absolute worst musical experience of my life, they were SO LOUD that I walked out after 15 minutes, and my ears rang for several days.

I was always appalled that it was "Lady in Red" that made DeBurgh a household name.
