Mark,
No talent has been announced, it's been kept very secret - but an amazing line-up will be announced very soon! So, be looking for it. I don't think you'll be disappointed! It will be the I.B.M. Portal, Facebook, and Twitter. So be checking there first. http://www.magician.org/portal/en/node/6 http://www.facebook.com/ibmconvention http://www.twitter.com/ibmconvention |

Yeah. Right.
You guys had better announce the talent soon, or I'm going to ask for a refund.

Lance, this is not the only convention that keeps the talent news a surprise until closer to the convention time....there is another major convention that never anounces names at all and they still always sell out and deliver a GREAT product.....trust me, I attend it each time. You will never be able to please all people, you will never be able to please some people so just do the best you can and know you've given it your best.
Keep a dream in the making Maria |

Hey Bill... just in case you hadn't seen the IBM Convention talent so far... here's who we've booked to date:
Tom Mullica, Jeff McBride, Ayala & Tanya, Dana Daniels, Max Maven, Johnny Thompson (Tomsoni & Company), Daniel Garcia, Asi Wind, Michael Ammar, Frances Willard, Jason Andrews, Darren Romeo, Gay Blackstone, Ben Jackson, Chipper Lowell, T. Texas Terry (Terry Davolt), Sebastian Nicolas (from France), Ma Yanyan (from China), Oscar Munoz, Rich Bloch, Jon Armstrong, Brad Ross, and others. In addition, we're about to announce a few more great names (we just have to secure the final commitments). I'm sorry you were frustrated with the delay in getting this initial talent list out... we just needed to get final commitments from enough people to make an impressive first announcement. On another note, I remember as a kid seeing you at the Midwest Magic Jubilee convention in Kansas City at time or two. At least, that's my recollection. I remember your very entertaining performance as a wizard, if I am not mistaken. This was probably in the 70s or 80s in the days when Ralph Marcom, Logan Pritchett and others were regulars. Am I mistaken, or what that you? I'll be good to see you again in Dallas!!! Best, David Sandy |

Looks like a fantastic line-up. Unfortunately, money is a bit tight (okay, a LOT tight) this year...but I hope to attend in 2012! Keep up the great work!

As an addendum to what David said....
Canadian superstar Alain Choquette will be both performing AND lecturing at the convention.
