Piece o' cake! There's nothing going on that's that important that you can't sit still and do nothing for 2 minutes.
(Unless you are looking at this on your i-whatever while driving!)

I can sit and look at the real ocean for an hour and do absolutely nothing.

I figured out a way to cheat the test.
Just go and make something to eat, have a shower, put the bins out or something else while the timer is on.

Well, it would have been more relaxing if it had been a real ocean of course.
It also would have been more relaxing if it wasn't posed as a challenge and didn't have a big timer in the middle of the screen. Still, I do feel more relaxed than I before I watched it. Years ago I spent two months practicing progressive relaxation for 30 minutes twice a day and I still practice relaxation everyday for at least a bit; I'm pretty sure it's good for your health and it is DEFINITELY good for your mind As far as challenges go, try closing your eyes and visualizing a simple object and concentrating on it for one minute. Don't let the picture distort in any way and don't let any other thoughts enter your head for one full minute. If you can truly and honestly do this for 10 or 15 seconds your doing very well. If you haven't tried this before and your say that you were able to on the first try I suspect you are either lying or not aware enough of you mental processes to know better. ...here's a hint, don't strain, just relax. A lot.

Even if I don't have much to physically rehearse for a show I really need to mentally do the show at least a couple times. I like to do it while I'm walking somewhere. I find it much more relaxing than this picture.

Before I do a show I need several minutes of silence to get myself into focus, or my words will come out all jumbled up.
BTW I got bored with that picture after about ten seconds.
