Just got these the other day. They sell for $75.00 but Madhatter Magic shop has them for $46.95! The chips are very nicely made and the idea is pretty neat- each chip has one of the E.S.P symbols on one side of the chip and a different symbol on the other side of the chip. You have the spectator stack the chips on top of each other- they stack them same symbol to same symbol. At the end of the stack, the symbol on the bottom of the stack and the symbol on the top of the stack IS what you predicted they would end up. The kicker is the spectator gets to choose the first chip to lay down and does the stacking on thier own! And your prediction will ALWAYS be %100 correct.

Any thoughts?

The dominoes principle.

This is nice as it's easier to carry around than dominoes.
Quicker for the participant to complete the task
Less opportunity for them to make a mistake.

It appears more like a puzzle to me than magic.

There is similar set available from Daytona Magic (or used to be) that has a boolet of dozens of other effects also -- and is a lot less expensive.
