I've searched and looked at past posts on these subjects, and my questions only seem to grow after reading about them. I feel they are not topics that have been around for awhile so I hope not to be creating redundant posts. With that said, on the questions.
I'm interested in two items I may pick up in my next big buy. -The Ash Pen and Jeff McBrides Candle. Now for the Ash pen, I know that the pen itself is something that can easily be cheaply replaced. But I'm curious if it's price is worth the information that comes with the gimmick. I was reading the synopsis of it on Penguinmagic.com and it seemed to emphisize that this can be done just about impromptu and even under the spectators nose. Is this just a simple routine or valuable information? Jeff McBrides Candle. I've heard it's a terribly built gimmick. But I have to admit reading up about it still gets me excited about the tool even though I've heard mixed reviews. Can one improve on the quality of the gimmick by working on it? And please if it's really that bad help stop me from buying a piece of junk! Thanks for your time everyone, Brandon

I have McBride's candle and it's awesome. I've had it for 4 years and it works perfectly and shocks everyone when produced. I wonder why anyone would not care for it. The quality is excellent!!
