Well, this has been an interesting journey. Packaging supplies show up next week and I should be ready to ship the first dozen by the end of next weekend. That first dozen will be signed and numbered "x of 12". 1 of 12 however is already spoken for, sorry
The real trick here has not been coming up with the illusion, or even doing the DVD (I have some background in film and video) but finding a way to package, price and market it all at a price point that I think is reasonable while not losing money out the other end. In the end, I had to set a suggested retail of $15.00 which was a bit more then I wanted to, but that leaves me room to still make something half way reasonable after distributor mark-downs, should they get interested in it. However, I have setup a direct-sales website with a coupon code for all of you who have been so supportive. If you checkout with Google Checkout then just enter the code "vip1138" and it will automatically reduce the price to $12.50 (also make sure to select "Free Domestic Shipping" if you are in the continental US so it doesn't charge you $2.00 for shipping and handling.) If you check out through PayPal then make sure to put the coupon code in the "additional information" section and I will refund you $2.50 when I process the order. I am also arranging for digital download of just the ISO of the DVD for $7.50. It includes a section on how to build the props yourself. That should also be available by next weekend. I'm not sure it pays to do that if this is the only thing you are going to be building, but if you already have card gimmicking supplies or imagine doing more of it such that you will use the left-overs in other projects, it might be worth it. You will be able to get $1.25 off the digital download with the same coupon code. The website is http://www.catcofx.com The improved performance video will be going up this weekend.

A little typo note: "slight of hand"
Replace that with "sleight-of-hand". |

Ugh, I did THAT!
Bad cat! I'll go fix right away! Edit: Fixed. That was an embarrassing one because people who don't know any better sometimes DO spell it that way. I know better, really, just slipped Thanks for catching it.

I know how you feel. I hate when I see a post I can no longer edit and it has an obvious grammatical or spelling mistake. Glad to help out.
