Any one know who first used a stiff rope with a puppet? I'm guessing it was soon after the stiff rope was made, it seamed like an obvious routine to me. I've been using it since I first got my Axtell Parrot back in the 1990s, you can see a clip of me on the old Axtell Video Catalogue.

I've been using it for donkey's years as well, Colin, but it would be interesting to find out who did first use it.

I agree, it lends itself to be used in this way without even having to think about it.

Too true, Colin. I'm picking something up when I go out to KIDabra in August, the saving on postage and tax is well worth it.

The only problem with getting the Selberg Tater is that I have to commit to it now for it to be built on time! I've never even seen one in the flesh!
