Hello every body.

The reliquary project has a new name... Bone of the Elders.

My mystery friend has finished the instruction sheet (They are being proofed now). In the mean time he cut a rough video and it's on YouTube now:

He's putting together the web site and the last little bits.

Very good look and exceptionally nice movement.

It does seem to begin moving rather quickly after setting (15 seconds rather than the 45-50 mentioned in earlier postings). Was the speed truncated for the video?

Do you have a timeline yet for when the web site will be up and accepting orders?

The bone is that good and has several different marks on it for the bone to drop. For the demonstration video, the 17 seconds mark was used. There are about 5 other marks on the bone for slower drop times including a 45-second mark.

It's moving slower than I wanted it to because my Unnamed friend has a work life outside of magic.

Well that's cool. After seeing the prop, now seeing it in action and completed, it is not only cool but practical, let me know when Joe is free to release his copies. Walt

Actually there are 12 different marks that my unnamed friend has on the bone each timed differently and depending on which side of the bone you use. Since the bone is hand-made there might be slight variations in seconds time or fall-down time.

Awwww... I feel duped. I thought this was a DVD release of a porno, set in a nursing home.

In all seriousness, this looks amazing. I have been following the previous thread with sincere enthusiasm. I now need my bank balance to get on board as well.

I'm hoping to get the Unnamed Unknown Stranger to shoot more video of the bone at work.

This prop will be a real bone-us in the proper bizarre act.

A dream showed the way to the hidden cave in the mountain. There, he found the bones of the Tulku, but he needed to be absolutely sure that the leg bone could be use to make a very powerful kangling.
He placed the bone, along with ritual implements, in front of him and started to ring his bell, chanting the mantra. After a short moment, the bone answered...
