What was the name of the ventriqlolist who did a dialogue about ..his puppet not believing that it was possible to talk without moving the lips were though the act he was talking about
(being able to talk without moving the lips ) and the popet was arguing against that > thanks . |

You may be thinking of Ray Allen and Lord Charles. There are a lot of vents who have done routines with a similar theme.
