Those were my reactions to Illumin8 and Behavior Patters as well. Two routine that the guys didn't sell me on for once! LOL
As far as the squabbles. It's not that I don't like them, I do, I just think they can go on a little longer than necessary. Maybe I'm in the minority on that though. |

I have the Dave Forrest DVD and it is excellent. I saw him perform the tic tac effect at Blackpool and ended up getting it just for this effect. Really visual beautiful magic

Yup. By the time you disagree, we all pretty much agree with one of you...don't need to hear why I like it for 4 minutes, don't need to hear why you don't for 4 minutes...we get it. We're experienced. .
I'd rather you cut short all the reasons you disagree and give us one more review. But...that's all minor. The show is great and definitely habit forming. Glad you're doing it and I owe you both a beer somewhere and somewhen.

Wow. So many posts!
Regarding the arguments between myself and Dave we tend to go in cycles. We can go 10 weeks without an argument and then you'll get a show when we can't agree on anything. Regarding timing we tend to try to stick to 4 minutes a review. Obviously when we get it off the sticks or really feel strongly about something or when we are looking at a multi effect dvd this can change but as a general rule this is what we try to stick to! But, if you guys want less arguing or less time on a review let me know. We change things round on a weekly basis based on the feedback we get so if this is what everyone wants we can see what we can do! Craig |

It's a minor complaint Craig. And maybe I was getting annoyed because Dave wouldn't let you get a word in edge-wize to explain your point of view! I actually put High Flyer on my 'wish list' and may pick it up so I guess I agreed more with your point. Hopefully I still do once I get it! LOL

The arguing makes compulsive viewing. It's great fun seeing you both get wound up. Don't change a thing. Except maybe make the show even longer.

I agree. Longer shows. I sit at my computer and refresh the browser over and over on Wednesdays until the show comes up...I'm that eager to watch. My house could be on fire and I wouldn't leave. I'm thinking somewhere along the lines of Kenneth Branagh's 'Hamlet.' Five hours. Five products, one review per hour. This IS a good idea.

Perhaps this is the beginning of a new reality TV concept? Two professional magicians are locked in a TV studio and forced to review mediocre products until they finally lose their grip on reality and start rolling around in cow dung for no reason.

Hi Craig,
I know it takes more of your time, but I've enjoyed those instances when you have gone out and performed for people on the street to get a "real world" reaction. Maybe you can do a few more of those now-and-then. Love the show... very informative and entertaining. Regards, Steve

Would love to see some more guest appearance. I'd think magicians would love to travel to the shop to take part.
