Apparently the Anneman version of "Seven Keys to Baldpate" first made its appearance in his book, "Book Without A Name."

Personally, I prefer the Key-R-Rect version just because it's so clean in the handling.

Hi Mike: If you go to the 7 Keys to Baldpate Topic on page 10 of this mentalists' forum, you will find a lengthy discussion of this topic including origins, etc., that I think will answer your questions. There are also two routines given in detail by myself and Ian Rowland that you may find are interesting. Hope this helps you and others interested in this topic.
