I have heard about hynotist working with eyesight before but never done it myself. The theory is that the unconscious controls the lens so why not? The test will be whether its permanent. I know my eyesight gets worse when I'm tired.
So when is she coming back to get her breasts enlarged? |

This is extremely disappointing for one so cerebral as I.
I enter this room to give of my knowledge (and of course to show how clever I am) and I am met with 'pap boy' and stories of Shane's wife's bum. How very uncouth of both of you. You have let down both the poorer working class areas of Edinburgh and Columbus Ohio. The latter an extremely proud people.

So what your saying is you don't know how to enlarge breasts? Might've known.... All talk and no nipple..
When did you become Doctor Bob MD? Surgery? Geeze train the man in street hypnosis and he thinks he owns the doctors surgery/ Eyes relax like everything else. I think it might be possible that some reading problems come from habitual tension in the eyes creating a tired out-of-focus lense. I know I find it hard to read when I am tired. Everything goes blurred. |

A few questions are raised, if you'd like to answer them, Bobser. 1. Is this a temporary or lasting improvement? 2. Was her prior condition acute or chronic? 3. Did you experiment with her time line continuum or was the work only direct suggestion? 4. Were there any particular suggestions that made the greatest impact? 5. Do you have any way of knowing or measuring what the actual improvement was in diopters?

I´ve heard of people being able to recognize the back of one card in a full deck of 52 (unmarked) cards, and other stories of people being able to read the print in a phone book at a distance of something like 3 meters, it´s nice to finally hear it from someone who´s witnessed it.
If you never fail, you're not trying hard enough.

I find it hard to read when I'm tired This from a man who possess's the pop-up edition of War and Peace. Hi Doc, sorry but it's too early to answer most of your questions I'm afraid. However: question 2) 'acute' 3)purely 'suggestion'. I thought I'd try that first of all, but found I didn't need to try anything else as it simply worked. 4) Just simple standard suggestions that: "and you'll find that the eyes and the muscles around the eyes simply relax as you simply allow that to happen. And when you open those eyes you'll find that....etc." This was the first time I had EVER tried this and I was carefull to process the KISS principle. ***I should say that when she initially opened the eyes she couldn't even read the first paragaph for a few moments. LOOK OUT FOR THIS!!! I forgot to allow her eyes to return to wakened state after being totally relaxed (hope this makes sense) but recognised immediately what was happening and we chatted for a minute or so till she used to the room. Owen, I do believe the two items you mention are hypno/mentalist effects. The former I have done many times as I'm sure many of the workers in here will also have done. Sorry mate but if you need help with anything like this PM me. Bob

Its all intersting stuff but I get a feeling it won't be permanent. But there are NLpers apparantly supposed to work with bad eyesight. Im sure some people may be helped.

I was a medication-using diabetic till I began to control it with diet and exercise as well as some visualization on how my insulin works. As a result I get an annual dilated eye examination. Back when I was 38 my Ophthalmologist suggested by 42 I’d need glasses.
Boy I refused that suggestion and told how horrible it was for a doctor in his authority position to give such bad ideas to his patients. He said “but that’s the way it happens.” I said “really? You have any patients that are 85, don’t wear glasses and never did?” He said “sure.” I said “I’m one of them.” Today I’m 46 with 10/20 vision and still can see well.. Sometimes doctors give bad ideas and their position of authority makes it happen… Jerry |

Doctors are no more than legal drug pushers in many cases. They need you to be "sick" in order to push their drugs on you. Ofcourse they are great in many ways when you need them for certain things. But a large part of what they do isn't needed in my opinion and they get away with murder.
