I just received a post from Richard Hatch that our own Tabby Crabb, aka The Tabman, has passed away.
I have no other details. That's very sad news as he was quite a talented guy and from what I knew of him a good man. |

Sorry to hear that sad news. Just knew of him from the Café. Enjoyed his post. Rest in Peace Tabman. Trois

A friend recently told me something she had read from an owner whose beloved horse had passed away, and it applies perfectly to our correspondence/friendship with Tabman:
Don't be sad that it's over; be happy that it happened. Rest in Peace, Tabman. |

RIP, Tabman. A truly class act. And, thanks for the memories.

Tabby was the driving force that gave me my kick start in building magic professionally. He was a dear friend to me, as he was to so many others. I feel a huge hole in my heart. Rest in peace Tabby. Thank you for everything. I will miss you.

I've not been around and was avoiding this area because of my concern for Tabby. He became aware of a serious illness not long ago and he faced it with as possitive of an attitude as you could find. He was a multi talented man who not only was a magician but also a craftsman and grammy winning musician. Tabby has been one of my favorite people for a number of years in fact he gave me my first set of cups years ago. I'll miss him and I know that many on this board, such as Pete, made him very happy during his last days. He was a great guy and it is a shame.

I never made the trip to meet you when you were in Tennessee, to my great regret.
See ya' down the road.
One of the last living 10-in-one performers. I wanted to be in show business the worst way, and that was it.
