Has anyone bought these DVDs? Any reviews on these? I've been looking to get these but one main reason is holding me off right now:
Mainly, I rarely use balloons beyond the 260s and the occasional heart and rounds. While I try to do more and ensure that I can do beyond the basic ballooning, I'm still primarily a magician and want to be known as such, BUT I see the value and importance of working beyond just a basic level of balloon twisting. I've watched David Brenion's youtube tutorials before they were taken down, and I really loved the sculptures he taught. Any kind souls who have watched this before can give a quick review and whether the DVD would be good for someone who uses primarily 260s?? Appreciate all the help! |

I have two videos of David's that I bought as a pair from TMyers at Twist/Shout this year (one is his "Backpacks" video and the other is his "hearts and rounds" video). They are well made videos with great content but if you are only using 260's and small hearts and rounds you are not going to like the backpacks video as it almost exclusively deals with creations that use at least one 646. The hearts and rounds one however sounds perfect for you although you should consider that you will need to have an ample selection of various colors of hearts and rounds on hand.
BTW I love both of these videos especially the Backpack one and highly recommend them both.

Thanks keirroyale! That info helps greatly! It seems like I might put backpacks DVD on backburner for a while then. But it is still in my 'to-get' list! I would love to explore the bigger balloons but probably not at this stage yet.
@rogueclown: I'm not a member of balloonhq.com, though I occassionally do pop by e website to browse and read. |

I have been considering these DVD's as well...but will hold off until I master what I have. Please post your reviews if you buy them.
