The Constitution is in the way of everything you want to provide. You have to make it a "living and breathing" thing even for you to accept it. It also contains things you hate like making war, or even the existance of guns. So much of it is in direct conflict with what you believe.

In fact if we got rid of government - where does all the money from all the assetts go?

I live in the COMMONWEALTH of Australia - where government property is our 'common wealth'.
