Marvel is releasing a Luke Cage movie. Here's the trailer:

I love both of those videos, but the first is not a trailer for an actual film, but rather, from what I understand, a pitch by Mustafa for himself in the role.

It's amazing, people will criticize you for "biting the hand that feeds you," while they're busy praising the hand that beats them.

Apparently he's had both videos removed.
Too bad, if he can act he would work as the character. Far better than Mr. T (who was being consider back in the 80s). I don't care for Marvel's latest take on Luke Cage, it seems like they're trying to make him more "street" ie, gritty and imposing. The whole point of Luke (back when he was "Lucas") was that he was trying to get away from the street. I was a major fan of the first and second run of the book (first run, Luke trying to make a go as a superhero for hire with an office in 70's era 42nd St.) (second run, when he joined up with Iron Fist to form "Heroes For Hire.")

The stop motion thing with his head on an action figure? That's awful! I can't get through it!
Were the other two that bad?

There was only one other.
The stop motion thing was funny.

Well, there were two links that led to two different websites. I guess the same video was on both.
And differences of opinions on what constitutes "funny" is why the Marx Bros, the Ritz Bros and the Stooges could all have careers!

Thanks, didn't really see anything that convinced me one way or the other.
