It would appear the city inspector refused to believe he was there to help. He was sent a $275 fine several days later.

Even though he was trying to do a good deed. There are rules that still have to be followed. The city being wrong or right may have had their own crews ready to clear three limbs etc... The city probably also didn't want to be possibly liable for any injuries that could befall Haege if he fell or had something fall on him etc..
We all know your feelings on all this Glenn so no need to tell us what you have said many many many times over. |

RS, did you even read the article? Your answer makes it seem not.

Yes I did.
Do the possible reasons I gave have to be in the article? Of course not. This is another case of there isn't enough of the full story to really make a well educated assumption of if Haege was in the right or if the city was. Non of us here know the whole story and I doubt we well either. So can't really make a well informed judgment for or against either side now can we? |

No Glenn. But you like to assume just because an article or video shows some kind of wrong doing by anyone with any authority whatsoever is the truth. You don't even have to say you think it's the truth. Everyone here has come to expect that from you. You can say that isn't the case at all. But in your case. Your actions DO speak much louder than words. You don't like authority of any kind unless it fits in with your ideas for Glenntopia.

Glenn Chance seems to be more level headed than you when it comes to such things. Also Chance doesn't post everything he see's that he feels is wrong with the U.S. and the world as a whole. I get the impression that at least Chance thinks about the subject first and determines if most or all of it goes against his views before he even makes a statement about it. You on the other hand the moment something from the U.S. that doesn't even begin to fit into your warped mind, you're all over it like a swarm of fly's over a fresh cow pie.

Naw. I may not agree with Chance ever, and I may not even like him, but it is OBVIOUS he puts in some heavy lifting when it comes to thinking. It is also clear that while he obviously has some sort of issue with cops and authority, he loves this country as a whole. It may need improvement but he does not hate the world.
You on the other hand have this "I know everything and the world is an idiot" attitude that is also quite clear from your posts.

RS,
I chuckled at your redundancy. Gdw posting IS the definition of incomplete reporting to dishonestly further one's agenda. |

Just look at this thread and all the others you have started or comment on having to do with the police, The U.S. government etc.................. What gets me is you don't even live in the U.S. You live in Canada. You can't change anything that the U.S. does so why do you have this major malfunction of complaining over just about every thing the U.S government system, or police do here? |

Wow, I'm almost tearing up from all the quasi compliments I'm reading here. I hope this thread never gets deleted, lol.
I just want to add corrupt cops and corrupt authority. No corruption, no heat from Chance. |
