The coin "name" coin makers will likely be happy to help you out with this - and the guy whose initials are TL has worked with David Neighbors to make a gaff that has some C/S related metal subtleties in its construction. IMHO any of the name makers should be able to get you something made that looks fine and works properly.

Tango makes a c/s flipper. They have both gravity or regular. And your choice of which is top vs. flipper. (think of it as a c/s flipper or a s/c flipper.) Check their site.
