Wravyn... You are absolutely correct in that the answer depends entirely upon the type of magic that interests you and that you want to perform. For me, something to carry around and perform impromptu close up, it is hands down the TT. A complete magic show in your pocket.

The other day rocco gave away the thumb tip in an article in the new york post,referring to it as a magician's "false thumb."...why would he do such a thing?
God's grace rocks! It makes a good cups and balls routine look pretty boring in comparison.

Most under exposed gimmick in magic. Oops did I say Under exposed. Still my favorite. If used properly blows people away. Dual rotation silk vanish right under someone’s nose and even most magicians miss it and say, “TT, no way!” Yes way! Over 150 effects and counting with one little gizmo.

I work with all sorts of electronic gimmicks but the pocket index is the most versatile MENTALISM gimmick I have ever used.
