Trying to do some research on Ted Karmilovich's material. As I understand it from my research there is a "Hidden Force of Mentalism" book. After googling, this looks extremely hard to find. Can someone tell me who published this? How many copies were sold? What was the original asking price? Was this a collected works book? I know Ted has a ton of stuff out in various publications and magazines...was everything put into this book? Was anything left out? What about the No-prop nightclub act I've read about...was this included in the book as well? Was there new material in the book that was never before printed? I'd really like to get all those questions answered.

Lastly, if anyone knows how I can get my hands on this, please let me know.

The no club night act was released on dvd and I believe (from what I have been told) that this is the only form it was released on. It is a lecture dvd and is highly recommended as there is some valuable information in there. I own this (in which I don't have the lecture notes in which I wish I did) along with the meditation book t***s and is in my opinion one of the best t***s out there. His material is fantastic and is out their but as you have already found, it is just hard to find is some cases.

Towledge, Ted informed everyone at his lecture that the book is being made.

But to me the story of his book is like the berglas effect = a mystery

Ted's No Prop Night Club Act was a booklet (not sure if it was also a DVD, but I believe it was not). Ted only made these available to PEA members until his 'open to the public' lecture in NY a few months back...I was lucky enough to get a copy there. Great thinking!

Paul W and cpbartak, you have 2 opposing statements. Is the Hidden Force of Mentalism a collected works book? Does anyone know if all of his previous works are enclosed in it? From a previous Café search it appears that some non-PEA members have this....maybe I'll get lucky and get an offer? (But still........does anyone know the answer to my original quetions? How many were made available, price, contents, etc.)

The many rumours to the contrary, there is no book ... yet. Ted is working on it, but it's still a long ways from completion. He's asked me to edit it, so I'll know when it's getting close, and it ain't yet! But it will be great.
