Is there a way I can save the messages I created or received on the PM page? I tried to copy and paste to a file in "My Documents" on my computer, but that doesn't work. (different formats I guess) I understand your need to have us clear our old PM messages.
Also, is there a easy way to have a list of often contacted users? I would like to create a file somewhere so I can look up people that I have corresponded with. Like an E-mail address book that you can just click on or at the very least, remember who they were. It's sometimes difficult when you only have a half a name and no face to put to it, not having met most of the other users. Thanks

Glen, how's one out of two? We have a new PM system coming up very shortly that has the capability of saving both sent and received PM's. In the meantime, you should be able to copy/paste the message to a word document in you my documents folder or anywhere else for that matter. As to creating a contact list, I'll have to leave that up to the tech team for future enhancements.

Hi Glen,
I have saved out numerous messages using the copy/paste technique. I highlight the copy, create a new text document and paste. If you use MSWord, you should open a new document FIRST, then copy and paste. |

THANX guys.
I did create a new WORD DOC 1st and then the "Cut and Paste" method worked fine. I just deleted any extraneous info out of the document file later. Actually the links for the Café and the given Web Address remained as links in MY DOCUMENTS file as well, which was cool. The combined knowledge of the Café members is a tremendous sourse of information. To borrow a phrase... "ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL"
