The Great Dave Loyal user My Wife said "It's Me or that Stupid Magic Website!" this many times. 203 Posts |
I purchased this from Magic Warehouse during the release period per their advertisement and it arrived yesterday. I am a seasoned magic dude so I can do the moves on a deck of cards, but I wanted to see what was going on here. I showed it to my Magic Wife of 25 years who has seen every card handling there is and is familiar with my hands and misdirects and really has seen it all before. I got her good. She gave me a "How did you do it?" which is as awesome as it gets. This effect is SO easy its just silly. That's part of what makes it so much fun. My wife kept looking for card work and never saw any. After I showed her the wrong card I had her go through the deck to find her card. Not there! Brain mess number one. When I pulled it out of my back pocket - Brain mess number two! She never saw a thing because there isn't anything to see! Too cool ...

I got it today!
Thank you "Full 52" for fast processing - and Ali for this incredible piece of art! Stunning and easy! The DVD is well done, the explanations are very precise and detailed! But not boring! And that's good. The gimmick will last a long time and you can replace it yourself. I recommend it. Greeting from Germany! |

OK, it's been exactly one year since someone posted here. I just got this on the weekend. (I know .. a little late to the party)
Has anyone tried any of the 'bonus' effects on the DVD? The third one looks interesting, where you turn around and pull the cards out of you pocket. My gimmick is broken already. Any good suggestions to fix it? I was thinking rubber cement. Thanks. Matt |

I laughed when I saw the demo. I was doing something similar to this twenty years ago. I had an accident and couldn't palm for awhile, so I took a known gaff/gimmick and used that. I never thought it was something that could be marketed. lol.
If you're wearing a jacket, then there aren't any issues with anyone behind you. Sort of like westerns where they brush the side of their jacket back to draw. The jacket covers it all. I think everyone will be pleased at how easy this is to do. I'm sure what you get is much better than my crude homemade gaffs, which only worked on a certain brand/color deck. Wormhole says the gimmicks are easily customizable to any deck design. |

I have it and it is a cool trick ,not a lot to the gimmick really ,just get the cards back together in the obvious way(sorry do not want to give the game away)then you are ready to go,PM me if you are not sure.

I did this for three different groups this week. I got a great reaction every time. The best was, as I was reaching to get the cards out of my back pockets, some one yelled "NO WAY". It was awesome !

I know this is an old thread but I've been using this for a while and it’s stood the test of time.
Matman – I found most of the "bonus" routines on the DVD to play as well if not better than the main effect, the one with the card disappearing from their hand completely confounds a solo spectator and the three card one you were referring to is worth a shot. It's a flexible enough tool that you can involve a fair few spectators with different routines. Rubber Cement has done the trick for me when it comes to repairing the card element of the gimmick though I now use a modified Joker from Dave Forrest's Encased in place of this to take 4-8 cards to the back pocket. If anyone has both then feel free to PM me if what I'm referring to isn't obvious, I'm trying to use broad brushstrokes to avoid exposure, just include something about the encased release to confirm ownership. |

Dave Forrest's Encased is real cool, done it today funnily enough after quite sometime of this being in the back of my Drawer, as it's nearly crimbo I have a little box wrapped up in Christmas wrapping and it plays real well.

Nice idea Fire Starter, thanks for sharing.
I'd be apprehensive about how xmas themed presentations would play out of fear of coming across as tacky but that actually sounds quite tasteful. Think I might make up a box and give it a go, I've certainly got enough spare case at the moment. |

I just seen the Pradier routine and don't see the connection to this trick as they're both different...can you explain Ozman?
