So the the tray stand which I take with me for strolling works if the audience is standing. So what should I use if people are seated?
What type of table/stand is best? I don't want to spend a lot of money?

I got a very efficient stand at Wal-Mart that has fit my needs perfect, and it was about $15. I would highly recommend heading to your local Wal-Mart and checking out the furniture or home living section. They have high quality items for not much money. Good luck!
