I started with the heaviest of the Dube “Exerballs”:
http://www.dube.com/balls/exer-juggling-balls.php …at 2.25 pounds per ball… …and graduated, over time, to these.. http://www.ironcompany.com/weightball-5lbaeromat.aspx …which are 5 pounds per ball. The workout is intense. 400 throws and catches with 5 pound soft balls is an amazing strength builder and cardio ride! It is also a good workout for the lower body, depending on how one moves. Does anyone else here do anything similar?
"Is there any point to which you would wish to draw my attention?"
"To the curious incident of the dog in the night-time." "The dog did nothing in the night-time." "That was the curious incident," remarked Sherlock Holmes. |
