Wonderful story. I've read similar stories where inept criminals were distracted by one thing or another, but this is the first I've read about them stopping to see a magic show.

The kid walked into my place and performed a few weeks ago and he was wonderful according to the customers but I was not there. I did not know his name but I am sure it is him from the discription, the red hair and so on.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.
