Folks,
I want to start carrying my "three coin set" with me every day. I'm looking for a simple, high quality leather wallet that doesn't take much pocket space. It can be a flat leather pouch just a little larger than the coins themselves and possibly a flap with something to hold the flap. It can be anything else as well as long as it's small and nonbulky.

I've found a snapping wallet that opens long wise and holds 8 coins, but it's too big. Just looking for something slim to sit in the front pocket relatively unnoticeable.

Any ideas?

Big thanks as always in advance for your help.
Best,
Mike

Hi Mike,

This might be what you're looking for - http://www.topsecretmagic.co.uk/JerryOConnell.html (scroll down the page until you reach the 'Coin Tidy').

It's what I use to keep four coins and a s***l. In fact, the purse provides an extra layer for the last coin to go through, as well as keeping prying eyes away until the end...

Another good thing about these small purses is that they are the ideal size for a number of sleights... Smile

Hope this helps,

Mark

I use many different things for the same purpose and it depends on where I am going and what I am doing as to which one I use. The best I have found overall, if you do not mind a zipper-closure, is the Digital Media Case by CaseLogic. Also, the small Goshman purse may work for you, as well as the small Onosaka purse. Check out different dealers (including http://www.roykueppers.com) for Kueppers Keepers, available in both nylon and leather.

Check out the following thread on this forum for more ideas:

I hope this information is useful to you.

Sorry, it's the 'Single Purse' I was referring to, not the multiple pocket coin tidy. My bad.

Definately the Ton Onosaka or Goshman with the internal clasp are the nicest looking. The external clasp purses always remind me of the purses my grandmother used to use Smile

all the best

I have several Ton Onosaka medium purses - internal clasp, but the JOL Single Coin Holder is very nice. They're all a bit pricy though IMO. I currently have at least a dozen and a half between those two types which means I have about $150 or more tied up in those purses. Whew!

Mike, I don't know if Mike Rubinstein still sells them...but he had some small purse that are perfect for what you want. They are also very good for Nate Leipzigs cigar routine!

Purchased and received a coin wallet from someone on Ebay and it's perfect for 2-4 coins, looks nice, seems to be durable and sits small in your pocket.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Coin-Set-Pouch-L......a7ccc686

The seller had three of them for $5 each and I bought all three. The interior color on the three I received is a brownish orange, compared to the red in the picture, but it's nice. Seems the seller upped the price on the new listing to $10. I like that the coins don't move around and use one for a slipper sam helping me know which end is which when I remove.
