I saw "Postcards" on Wizard Product Review recently. After checking, I saw that Dasvid Regal's "Sudden Deck II" was almost the same.
I perfoprm mostly standing up in T-Shirts. Can anyone tell tell me if my style of casual performing is better suited for "Postcards" or "Sudden Deck II"? Also, are there major limitations that one has as opposed to the other? ON the demo video's, it would appear that "Sudden Deck" is more casual, but as we all know, demo vids can be misleading. Anyone have actual knowledge of the 2? Thanks in advance for any help you can give. If you prefer, feel free to give your advice through a PM. Jeff |

Jeff,
I've had a chance to check out both of these effects and for me Sudden Deck, or Sudden Deck II, is my pick. Postcards seems to be a nice idea but the price feels high and if you're doing a lot of strolling work Sudden Deck plays big and just feels better when doing it. If you do more formal performances where you are seated at a table then Postcards might be the better choice. Overall both effects are solid but you can't go wrong with Sudden Deck! |

I used to use Sudden Deck II to open all of my stand up shows. I love it.

I used to use Sudden Deck II (before I lost it) and used to perform it while standing and wearing t-shirts. I don't have Postcards, but I can say that Sudden Deck worked well for me and I recommend it. It is easy to do, visual, and a great opener.

I have Postcards and the gimmick won't last you very long. Mine started coming apart my second week of owning it!
