Thanks for the suggestions. I actually have this; bought it about 10 years ago. Problem is, after about five moves, I've turned my house upside down trying to locate the instructions but to no avail. I remember the handling and have the "angel of death" cards and the special card that came with it; unfortunately, I can't remember the presentation...remembered the "angel of death" angle, but couldn't remember anything else.
