I inherited 2 signed baseballs recently, but know NOTHING about sports or how to even establish an asking price. I don't have any local sports card shops otherwise I'd ask there.

Does anyone know how to put a value on a Ted Williams or Bob Gibson signed baseball? I do have COAs on both. Any help appreciated!

Its a con. I know that.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

Gibson, around a hundred bucks (maybe a little bit more); Williams, a few hundred.

But it only takes a willing buyer and willing seller to set the "value"; just a matter of what it's worth to you, and how much you can find someone willing to pay.

Guess they forgot to tell Bill Buckley.

That's just it. I'll actually be giving them away to a good home. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't giving away a small fortune. I appreciate the response!

There are many factors to determine the value: condition of the baseball, condition of the signature, condtion of the market, right buyer etc
The market on sports memorabilia has not been strong like it was 10 years ago from what I remember. A Ted Williams could bring anywhere from 350-600 dollars. Bob Gibson will bring around 50- 100 dollars. Ted is more in demand from collectors than BOB. I will suspect if you were to sell both you will be getting closer to the low end of each.
