A feind of my parents gave me these, They are a set of I believe Hiatt Figure Eight, also called Irish Eight, handcuffs, They were the first handcuffs issued to the Metropolitan Police of London in about 1832 and found in the Attic of an old house in Lincoln UK with also a very old what looks like a cell door key and police trounchen SPOOOKY
