Okay...each time I get a figure I swear that I won't get another. Here's what I've got so far (NOT including Hazelle marionettes from the 1950's hanging from my office ceiling, and NOT including several boxes of puppets of various styles boxed in the basement).
Vent figures…

Niblet—a Selberg Tater figure
Louie—a Hartz carved figure
(Also, my first Louie, a reworked Jerry Mahoney head from the 1950’s and a body built by me. Now retired after decades of service)
Huck Hannigan—a Glen Rappold figure (Mike Brose parts)
Cooter Mudge—a head made in Buenos Aires by Franco Medici. Body built by me
Sylvia Perkins—a Lovik “living mouth” figure converted to slot jaw and reworked.
The new, as yet unnamed Chuck Jackson carved figure.
A Wanlu soft puppet duck—still nameless, but beautifully designed

Somebody stop me before I buy again.

Hmmm, seems to me, especially considering very recent history, you are looking in the wrong place for somebody to stop you. Smile

Just remember Donald, they'll be coming in past me before they get down to you.....so if they don't show....I won't know anything about it.

And Philip - hey, anything we can do to help, that's what friends are for.

I've just started thinking about a new soft figure from Darryl Worbey! How much can I get for a kidney on ebay?

My vent family is LARGE enough and my wallet is SMALL enough as it is. Good thing Grampa B, Cletus, Buckley, and Bobby don't eat too much either!!! Helps that my other 4 "children" are all grown and have finally left the nest:o)

You can turn the kidney around to fit either side, an interchangeable part

Here's another thing: I was a bit dismayed that my Lovik conversion figure has a heavy head due to the Magic Sculpt additions, though I managed to keep them to a minimum and even imposed a hollow place in the middle of the new jaw. Now I weigh the new Jackson's head in one hand and the conversion head in the other and it seems to me they're about the same weight...so I don't feel so bad now. Smile

I wonder how much the Hartz Figure's head weighs. I should bring him out and compare.

I've only got 216 to go (215 after this post), and then I won't be special any more.
