Just thought I’d share this with the Café, it was a post on our blog but I thought it would be of interest to folks here...

If you’re a magician, then there’s a good chance you already know the name Luke Dancy. Luke is one clever dude and has created a boatload of ingenious magic that has received rave reviews from magician’s world wide. He’s currently a creator and consultant for Criss Angel on the hit television series “Mindfreak”. He’s also one of the founders of The Magic Session.

I’m proud to be among the first producers to release Luke’s magic to the mainstream and his items have always been very popular. His effects DiVision and Misprint have been long time best sellers for us. Both of these items are visual, offbeat, and strong...the typical traits of any Dancy creation. Recently we introduced a great new item from Luke called Compressed Deck and it is without a doubt another hit! The first folks to see it in all its glory were at the recent Magic Live convention and it had many attendees coming back to see it again and again! Glad to hear people are 'digging' on the whole Compressed Deck concept. This is an effect I'm super proud of and the final result is a thing of beauty thanks to Paul and Elmwood Magic.

I wonder if there is a good out explained if the spectator says Jacks Or Kings or a women always says queen & they will not always will you hear Ace depends on the person you are doing the trick for. The most powerful card all lay people who play cards should say Ace of Spades . Anyway this is a mind blower !

Tophatter: The spectator's answers do not matter. It does not need to be the Ace of Spades - or even the aces for that matter. That's all covered on the DVD.

So Paul, the selections do NOT have to be the aces?

Also, how clean are you at the end?

You are not clean but there are loads of ways to clean up.

It comes set for the aces, but this can easily be set with any four cards you choose.

You are dirty. However the DVD shows Luke's full routine, which I personally believe convinces the audience they handle all four cards.
