Delicious!
Thank you so much for the heads-up.

Thanks and good luck.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

Already getting some pretty good reviews on Amazon. I've read many books on scams and most deal with the history of con men like "The Yellow Kid" Weil and "The Big Con" The Story of Confidence Men. There are also many books in the "how to" vein, teaching people how to scam others (for entertainment of course). This book seems to come at it from a different angle, talking to not only scammers but victims as well. Although scams like The Wire are interesting and fun to read about, internet cons and modern scams are what we should be alert to.

Looks exactly like the kind of book that should be on my shelf.

Respectfully,

Phil

Oh, just a joke. I was imagining that you were someone else (ML), writing a book about scams and then assigning it to Munton.

ML is hard at work on his next publication which is not on magic but on the breeding and husbandry of goats.

It is to be called 'The Horned and The Hoofed'.

I suspect it will cause great controversy and even consternation amongst goat-lovers everywhere.

Thank you for the nice comments... except for the ones about ML. How on earth does he manage to get himself included into a nice little thread about my new book?
