A lot of the trick I have been doing call for this little bottle. The Elmer's brand has not been treating me so well. Is there a stronger brand I should be looking into?

Elmers has been great for me as well. When I started using rubber cement, I did not realize you have to put it on both surfaces, let them "dry" for about 30 seconds and then they will adhere to each other. Good luck.

Yeah Elmers has been good for me as well and it is easily available and relatively cheap.
