So I am looking for some resilient 3 to 4 inch inside diameter tubing that can crush and retain it's original shape. Any ideas?

How about a Fireman's hose, folds flat and expands when water runs through it.

Sorry I was so vague guys. I forget that everyone can't hear my inner thoughts before. I post ha ha. Basically a clear plastic tube that can. Be concealed. Inside of a small area maybe an 1.5 to 2" space and then. When removed instantly pops back into a tube shape.
