Not meant to offend anyone here, but did you know that in the uk, west-yorkshire slang for breaking wind, is sometimes referred to as a "bab"?

This is to correct something I said earlier: I had said that the Ganzfeld authors indicated that they found no indication of the paranormal. That is incorrect. I was thinking of the PEAR studies.

No, you didn't upset me ("Sorry if I upset your religious beliefs"). I don't have any religous beliefs. I do find it amusing that you ignored the other questions though. btw: what magazine, and whom did you expose? I'd like to read some of it. Until then, may I recommend something else to read. Say, HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE? |

Of course I up set you and of course you have a religion. Just because you are incapable of recognizing it doesn't mean it isn't true.
BTW, I have absolutely no desire to win people with closed minds as friends. I know. That's one of my foibles. But unlike you, at least I admit it. |

Ah, you seem to be the one making up your mind with very little fact.
And, I'm pretty sure you do have a limited circle of friends. I was simply pointing you to the "INFLUENCE" part of the book, since you don't seem to do that very well. BTW - still ignoring questions. Who have you exposed, what magazine was this, etc? |

Not at all. It's just that you're an unimportant little nothing and I have no reason to share anything with you, especially when you can't even admit the depths of your own religious beliefs. After you get into some therapy and provide reasons for responding, I'll be glad to.
In the mean time, get back to the original idea of your religious dedication to the early 20th century concepts of science as espoused by the debunkers who don't even know the difference between debunking and true skepticism. |

Ohhhhhhh....methinks I touched a nerve. Certainly not a brain cell.
You---yes, YOU....are the one who brought up the "I edited a magazine and exposed people", not me. The fact that I asked for proof (egads, a skeptic) and you can't provide it says it all. By the way, read the Carnagie book...it looks like you need it. Oh, and I'll go back to the early 20th century, and you can go back to moonbeams and fairy tales. (See, I can be sarcastic too! ) If these discussions are too much for you, just say so. |

You are correct gentlemen...if we continue, this will get shut down.
I apologize to one and (almost) all. I'll bow out of this "discussion", as it were. |
