Been using this for the last couple of weeks.
The wand can load a silk into a childs pocket.
Plays really well ,and its a good price.
Ive still got a few other ideas to play around with.

see it at http://www.taylorsmagicshop.com.

Mabye he's like Nostradamus & write everything in quatrains.

Cool wand BTW. Though it might be just a bit risky to stick it into a child's pants pocket. So unless the little boy happens to be wearing a dinner jacket....
Everybody wants to beleive.....we just help them along.

Give him an empty plastic cup or a coin purse to hold, maybe?

I couldn't see shipping costs to the US?? (Security settings on my browser preventing some script from running, that's all.) Better yet, any chance of setting up distributors to the US and Europe?

I think they will be avalible in the States soon.
I wouldnt think shipping on a wand would break the bank.

Thank you! That's not bad at all. I was afraid that kind of international shipping would be outrageous.

Appreciate the boost.

I really like the idea of this wand, however I too am concerned about putting a wand into a child's pocket if they don't have a top pocket.
Would it be possible to get the child to put the wand into their own pants/trowser pocket and perhaps activate it by taking it out of their pocket myself (explaining do it like this) with a kind of quick draw gun/wand presentation?

OK,

I for one in this day and age would not put something into a child's pocket w/o prior permission from his/her parent(s) or guardian(s). This is just to risky. And as you can see in the video that HE did NOT use a child. Why, this is not good to use on a child. It can play just a strong doing this to yourself. Ask yourself, would I put this even in to an adults pocket especially a woman. No way as that is not appropriate to do and a child is way worse than an adult. I personally myself would not want a magician putting something into my child's pocket w/o my permission.

I still think the effect has potential.

I have used it to load other things other than a pocket - even my own hand so I can show both hands empty when handling the wand. Load the silk into my closed hand as I simply hold it by the end with said closed hand... transfer the wand to the other hand. A wave and a tap with the wand and I drop the silk into view.

I've loaded a silks into envelopes, unprepared bags and even a newspaper cone and gave it to a child to hold. Use your imagination and you might come up with other places a silk could be loaded. Maybe even other items besides silks could be used (sponge balls, folded money, small mouthcoil, etc)

After doing an egg bag routine I have the child look into the bag to verify that it's empty then while they're holding it I fill it with a load from the wand. Or if it's a birthday gig I have the birthday child hold a fancy birthday bag. There are lots of alternatives.

Silverthorne
