Has anyone used this type of clothing? Man this is a wonderful invention!! I have been using the docker's mobile pant for about a year and the pocket space it gives you is amazing so many pockets and a lot of space. I highly recommend it!! Smile

Here is an article about the pants. The pictures are still a little hard to make out but you will get the idea...

I have a pair of these pants, and I LOVE them! They are really well made, feel very comfortable, and the pockets are great.

The thing to keep in mind about the side "seam pockets" is that they are not huge, and they open via the zipper enough that stuff could fall out if you unzip it all the way and are not careful. I also don't recommend pulling items out of these seam pockets in front of people that you are performing for. It will make the very suspicious of your pants. Since most are already thinking we toss stuff into our sleaves, we don't need them thinking we are hiding stuff in secret pockets.

They are great for keeping small props organized. I have even used the double pocket on the right side of the pants to switch decks. If you do a card trick with a gaffed deck, and put it into one of the two pockets (that look like one pocket from the outside) when you are done with it. Then, you can pull a standard deck from the other pocket within that pocket later on, you will know which deck you grabbed, and the spectators will assume it is the same deck.

The pants can be worn in casual settings as well as with a dinner jacket to look more formal.

I highly recomend these pants.

Thanks for the idea. I have not seen these. Anyone know the average price for these at a department store?

I bought a pair of these just for walkaround magic but am not so impressed with them. The split pockets on the front are hard to manage as I can't find anything because I don't know which side of the pocket it is on until I fish around in my pocket only to find out it is on the other side of the pocket divider. The side pockets are too small to hold much of anything.

I bought two pair for about $25 each in black. The seam pockets are narrow but are at a pretty good height for ditching a TT, holding a pen, holding coins or a coin purse, whatever. It's nice to have an extra pocket.

Not remembering which pocket is which is not an issue if you always put everything back in the same place, which is standard operating procedure anyway.

The right front pocket is two pockets, one that zips closed. I don't find it difficult to easily get to the pocket I want.

They are a little heavy but not bad. Hand Crafted Magic
