Let it air dry for a couple of days. Just set it in a safe place and wait. The skin under that is just under your lip, above your chin, is very sensitive to wetness. Test it there.

Or if you don't wanna rub your face with flash paper you can just try and use a sheet that's somewhere in your stack of dried flash paper, if it burns up fast than it's ready, if it burns for too long, as in still burning on the way down if you throw it up, than leave it drying..
If you can leave it for a week, then you'll have top-quality flash paper |

Are there any problems with re-storing flash paper (in water) after it's already dried?

I love flash paper, I try to keep several hundred books on hand at all times. I work with it all the time and I will give you a few tips. Follow the safty instructions included. Now have some fun. I clear an area to practice and experiment with. A clean table is good, but go beyond that. Look around, where are the kids and what about the curtains... Got a cat that jumps on tables? Think ahead, look for possible problems. Now lets dry that flash paper out. Work with small amounts. Take a page out and put the rest away. I use a blow drier to dry my sheets out. Most hair driers have a low setting, but high is ok too. Just keep the drier 10" away or so, don't hold it on one spot. Back and forth, flip the page over, back and forth. It should only take a couple minutes. The problem with letting it air dry is at some point you will have to leave it unattended. Are you going to sit and watch that paper dry for 24 hours? Now you have a sheet dried, need another? Don't get a pile going, store the dried sheets away, a good temporary place is inside a book. When using flash paper keep the dried paper you are not using away, not just a couple feet away, put it in a safe place (sandwiched in a book). Now you have extra paper that you did not use and wish to store it again. I would not recommend putting it back in with the other paper. It could have become contaminated, it may grow mold. I usually rewet my paper with distilled water with a hint of clorine (bleach). I have dried and rewetted flash paper many times (testing) and have never noticed any bad effects. DOT starage and transportation guidelines are a good standard: Wet over 25% weight with water, store in sealable ( no less than 2mil ) plastic bag and then tape that shut. Now seal in another 2mil+ bag.
