I have an ebook out which are the plans for a collapsing picture frame. Basically it's a frame that stands on your table until you set off a timer (which you can do secretly) and after a predetermined number of seconds the picture falls over. Originally I thought of it as something spooky for seances etc but my publisher, Professor Spellbinder, pointed out that you could use it as running gag for a kid show where a photo or a drawing keeps toppling over, gets straightened up and topples again.

Anyway, it's available here as the timed falling desk frame

Reminds me of Paul Howard's "Tumbling dice", which I use for Christmas shows. I wrap them up as presents, and they fall over every couple of minutes. Fully mechanical, and very reliable. Find it near the bottom of this page: http://www.professional-magic.co.uk/children_magic.html#The Tumbling Dice
Highly recommended. Paul also has many other great products. Duo Box looks great as a way to finish your RRR routines?
A great website, very primitive, but full of goodies from an old-school magician.
