Looks like a minor variation on Paul LePaul's The Second Deal ~ (Improved Method) from The Card Magic of LePaul, pp. 85-87.
See also the Stanley James Stud Second in Marlo's Seconds Centers & Bottoms or in the bound version of Revolutionary Card Technique, pp. 288-289. Brian

Nice video. Shame about the dead-thumb on the bottom deal.
As for the second deal, the Lepaul deal Brian mentions is definately similar. The turnover is the main thing that differs, but there's also a couple of other nuances that should be considered. From the "The Card Magic of Lepaul": 1) "No attempt should be made to push them over as one card" 2) "The right forefinger as it strikes the top card of the deck, pushes the top card back to the left side of the deck". To me, these two details are strange compared to more traditional push-off second deal techniques. Granted, the two top cards don't always have to be pushed off as one, but why Lepaul condemns it in this deal is a mystery to me. Usually it's the thumb that draws the top (cover) card back, not the forefinger of the taking hand, too... Again, I think any push off deal could be adapted to look like the one in the video. It's mainly in the turnover. Zac
