Most of my best mates are English. Some of them moved here to the States,
to dodge the taxman or to escape problems with the bobbys.

I've served with some British Royal Marines, some of them military boxers.
We scuffle over something stupid, fighting over some bird, spilling a drink,
taking the Irish side in all matters. The usual stuff.

The incidents became the next days joke, but nonetheless became a part of me
and only served, to further my affinity for those silly prats.

I ask you to understand that for some Brits, wisecrackin' is just a way of life, best served over a pint of ale!
