I don't often frequent my local magic shop (The Be Amazing Magic Shop)these days, but I decided to swing by last week and boy am I glad I did. When I walked in, I saw a mysterious figure off in the corner holding court. At first I thought it was David Blaine...but then I saw the beard and neon yellow shirt and realized it could only be Tony Miller. (Tony does a mean self-levitation by the way).
As you all know, Tony makes the best magic wallets in the game (of which I own several) in addition to some other awesome releases. As I approached the table, I noticed Tony was performing with a gorgeous hip pocket sized brown leather wallet. I've always been a palm card-to-wallet guy but, even though I wear suits to perform, I've never been happy with the size of the European style wallets on the market. I'm always in search of a great hip pocket sized wallet but the ones on the market to date have been lack luster at best and, in several cases, downright poorly produced. So I was excited to see what Tony was using. As it turns out, Tony mentioned that it is a prototype of a new hip-pocket wallet he's getting ready to release. For those that have the F1 wallet, it's about the same width but it's a little longer. Fits perfectly in any pants pocket with room to spare. It was made from the nicest brown leather I've seen in a magic wallet. Top quality soft leather which I loved, but what I really liked was that the leather had a nice semi-tacky grip to it. As I played with it, I noticed that if you just set it on the deck and gently slide sideways, the top card went along for the ride due to the tackiness. Great feature. The inside was also great. Lots of credit card slots, all of which are actually usable, and the zippered compartment for the palm card to wallet was easy to access with a zipper that is high quality and very easy to open with one hand. While I don't use a Mullica feature, the wallet had a smaller wallet inside that incororated the Mullica load. I was so impressed that Tony let me buy the protoype on the spot. According to Tony, only Nate Kranzo and I have one to date. So not sure when Tony plans to release it. Hopefully he will chime in on that here. In any event, I worked it at a gig on Saturday night. Only performed it about 7 or 8 times, but it worked like a charm. Of the wallets I've purchased from Tony, this is my favorite to date. So if you're in the market for a great hip-pocket wallet, be on the look-out for this one. Eric |

Ok... I was just informed of this... Glad ya liked it Eric! It will be released next month... It has extensive handling ideas from Nate Kranzo... Possibly in a way that you have never seen Nate before!
As to the wallet, It will be called The Badger... Why the Badger? Cuz everyone wants to call their product some sinister name... But we just like badgers... We were gonna call it the Honey Badger... But we figured no one would get the joke... It will do whatever ya need for card to wallet etc... We think it is priced right... It is VERY sturdily constructed... No busting zippers or seams... Plenty of credit card slots that already fit... And it loads like a dream... Nate will have it at his lectures... I will have it on my site and at conventions. that's about it... We already have a bunch of famous names that like it... But we are not gonna use em... Just names of folx who actually use it... We like to think that our products work well and are a good value... We hope that is enuff... So, keep and eye out for the Badger.

So the tacky leather material holds the card till ready to load with a slight side ways slide. Is that intentional or just something that happened for you?

Actually it was intentional. I first ran across it when I bought a package of treated hides. Mixed. I was making something for Cody Fisher. I liked the effect of one in particular. It would not work for Cody's project... But it was ideal for Kranzo's. So, I did a couple of prototypes... They worked beautifully... And the rest is history...

Well, hello there Doomo.
Now I see why the interest in our ATW wallet. You're about to release a wallet too. What a coincidence. It's this kind of nonsense that makes for sad reading on here. Your only problem is that hidden agendas don't often stay hidden for long. Let's get this right. You jump onto a thread about our product and bash the trailer. You even post publicly on our Youtube Channel with a negative comment. I put up another one shot, full performance for you and still that's not good enough, even though most people with any knowledge would know exactly what was going on. . Now I know why. I very rarely send messages like this, but you really do take the biscuit. Good luck with your sales anyway and don't worry, I won't jump onto your thread again and post negatively about a product that I'm sure is fine. Even if it wasn't, I'd say nothing because maybe people would think I was just a jealous producer about to release a similar product. Best, Russ - rsvpmagic |

Tony [Doomo] has been releasing great wallets for years. And they really look like normal wallets.

Tony's wallets are first class. I have three hip pocket "magic" wallets. All three were designed by Tony and all three are terrific. I'm sure The Badger will be no exception.

Im thinking between 65 and 75 dollars... depending of the final costs and time needed to produce... Hope that seems reasonable to all...

Well, I don't know about Mr. Stevens but I know that Tony is a stand-up guy with no ill intent in any of his bones.
Anyway, the Badger, that is an interesting name there Tony. Not sure how you came up with that one, but from what I have seen the name won't make any difference. And my wife and I love your videos.

This is not all that Tony has in the pipeline. I have seen another of his ideas and which, like many of Tony's products, is really versatile and a worker. I'm very excited about this but Tony is certainly developing a brilliant range of effects and he demonstrates them (with the delightful Rose) with such style.
