All....Penguin is running their holiday 5 for $99 and I noticed Mind Stunts 1&2 (basically $20 for both) are on their list. Previous reviews from the Café were positive but all the reviews on Penguin trash it. Considering these are moderately expensive DVDs, a deep discount like this may be worth it. Can anyone give me some insight on these DVD's?

Thanks

Patrik Kuffs is a funny magician... yes from Canada and he's french speaking... but his videos are in english... I have his other video on Metal Bending... very complete coverage on spoon and fork bendings. I just bought Minds Stunt 1&2 but didn't received them yet. Being myself a french canadian it was not difficult to follow-up with Patrik dvd. I do not expect to learn very new things to what I already know, but I want to see how he presents his stuff with a comedy twist to mentalism.

Thanks,

It's rather presomptuous to say "I do not expect to learn very new things to what I already know"
It's a newcomer statement.
My goodness!, even Kurtz( you should know him at last as Canadian...) learnt something from patrick's material! Smile
You will defintively learn lot of new stuff!

Thanks guys....Due to the lack of enthusiasm from the Café, I guess all the negative reviews on Penguin are my clue not to order this.

I have and I can say to you: Buy them. You can see several effects and tips that can expand your own repertoire.
The classic "Bold Business" is on there.

In my opinion Bold Business alone is worth the price.
