Dracula (1931):

Dracula: To die - to be really dead. That must be glorious.

Mina: Why Count Dracula...!

(here it is)

Dracula: There are far worse things...awaiting man...than...death...
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".

Bob McKenzie: "My brother and I used to say that drownin' in beer was like heaven, eh? Now he's not here, and I've got two soakers... this isn't heaven, this sucks."
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.--Yeats

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.

Roy Battey, Blade Runner

Arthur has so many great lines, but the one I loved, and that I thought really defined Arthur, was when he was out to dinner with Susan...she's having fish, and he's not having any food at all, just drinking. The waiter comes back, and Arthur holds up his empty glass and says, "I'll have another," then turns to Susan and says, "Do you want another fish?"

Almost anyone who's had the pleasure of working with other people can appreciate Ricky Roma in Glengarry Glen Ross:

"What you are hired for is to help us. To HELP us, not to @#$% US UP!"
"Torture doesn't work" lol

I don't know whether it's already iconic, but if it isn't then it should be:
"So I got that going for me. Which is nice." -Caddyshack.

Also,
"Because it still hasn't gotten... weird enough for me." -Where the Buffalo Roam.

From my favourite movie/play, David Mamet's masterpiece Glengarry Glen Ross. This exchange is absolutely golden.

That first half is just about movie perfection IMO. Then they had to go and make the second half which was so much weaker. But that first half--Wow.
