Im intested in getting a couple books or videos on routining a show, showmanship and theory for magic.

I was thinking about getting Henning Nelms - Magic and Showmanship, but was curious if anyone could recommend any other books or maybe even videos that are based around showmanship and creating an act.

Thanks

Derek, the books I would recommend are all out of print.

The John Booth Classics
The Magic of Alan Wakeling

The titles listed below that will give you some ideas.

Ade Duval silken Sorcerer
Tony Marks Aristocrat of Deception
Illusion Show Know How by Ken Griffin from Abbott's Magic

Dan Harlan's dvd set, "Packs small, plays big" can help you with routining, sequence, organization, etc...
The dvds also contain bits of business that play well on stage.
Devious Deceptions
"Gadol Elohai!"
L'Chaim!
